The worst pleace in the world to drive a car is Egypt. I never drove there (I know how to drive but I don’t have an international license (national neither :P )) but when we saw the traffic we decide to take taxis while we travel. The egyptians drive the cars honking and stopping all the time. Our guide, Hahmud, told us that if the brake of the car breaks down, they use it anyway but if the horn is broken,  they don’t. My recommendation: Use taxi. It’s cheap and you can haggle the price
